Many players have more than one card in the 1909 T206 Set and Hal Chase has the most cards (five).

A back injury marred Allie's effectiveness in 1954, although he still had a 13-4 record for 36 mound appearances. He holds many records, among them the fact that he pitched two no-hit, no-run games in a season, 1951. One of baseball's greatest pitchers, Allie is cool and calm on the mound, and deadly sure. Watching him work is a pleasure for baseball fans. He's the type who thinks nothing of pitching 9 innings one day, and then relieving the next day. Allie holds many pitching records for his World Series work. Retired. before start of 1955 season.

Southern League cards in the 1909 T206 Set feature mostly lesser known players but command more money than regular commons because of their rarity.
