With the Penguins trailing the Vegas Golden Knights 3-0 after the first period on Jan. 17, 2022, Zucker kicked off Pittsburgh's comeback by striking on the power play 6:55 into the middle stanza before scoring the game-tying tally at even-strength 28 seconds into the final frame. His pair of markers sparked Pittsburgh's 5-3 triumph.
For three years, Dave has backed up "The Legend" in Colorado, although playing No. 2 to Patrick Roy does have its advantages. Roy has helped Aebischer work on his play outside the crease.
