Allan Stanley
Second only to Johnny Bower as oldest active player in the N.H.L., Allan continues to amaze the "experts" with his fine defensive play. Starting his 19th season in the N.H.L., Allan and Tim Horton are the backbone of the Maple Leaf defense.

Small in stature, Dave plays hockey with an "all-out" effort, often compared to Henri Richard of the Canadiens. The N.H.L. honoured Dave after Stanley Cup Finals by awarding him the Conn Smythe Trophy for being the most valuable player in the entire playoffs.

"Punch" is the only coach without NHL playing experience, also doubles as general manager. He led Leafs to 3 straight Stanley Cup titles. Earlier, he led Quebec Aces in years when Jean Beliveau was star amateur.

Terry starred for 14 years with Detroit. Along with Johnny Bower, Terry gives Maple Leafs perhaps the best goaltending in the N.H.L. He has won the Vezina Trophy 3 times and once more combined with Johnny Bower in 1964-65 season.

Long-time captain and perennial All-Star with the Chicago Black Hawks, "Pete" went to Toronto last summer. He's known as an "offensive defenseman" and is always near the top of the scoring list for defensemen.
