Name that player!

On a squad looking to make its mark in the NL East Division, Zimmerman has quickly assumed the role of team leader for the Nationals. His solid defensive play at the hot corner is complemented by his clutch hitting.

Lucius became the ninth Bahamian-born player to appear in an MLB game.

C.J. won a spot on San Diego's Opening Day roster with hot spring hitting (.324 with a .873 OPS). He hit a pair of homers and stole three bases in 39 plate appearances. This was one of the fastest ascents to MLB in recent history. C.J. played just 76 Minor League games. By comparison, Fernando Tatis played 276 and Juan Soto 122 before their promotions.
