Drafted as under-age junior by WHA. 1st NHL Goal, 10-14-79 vs. Canucks Glen Hanlon. 1st Team All Star for 4th time. Won Hart Trophy for 5th straight year in 1983-84. Won Art Ross Trophy for the 4th time in 1983-84. MVP in 1982-83 All Star Game. Owns NHL Record for "Longest Consecutive Point-Scoring Streak", 51 games.



Satan's '97-98 season was all around the most productive of his career. He led the Sabres in points and shooting percentage, ending up second on the club in power play goals and game-winning goals. Moreover, he was third in assists. Much of his production is a by-product of his extreme quickness, which lets him get by defenders. Satan picked up the pace a bit starting off the '98-99 compaign, scoring 10 points in the first 11 games.



Regarded by many experts as the greatest Hockey Player of all time, Gordie has averaged 69 Points per season in his 8 seasons in the N.H.L. During the past 4 seasons he led the League in Total Points and in 3 of these was the top Goal Scorer. Gordie came up to Detroit in 1946 after 1 year in the Minors. His greatest year was 1952-53 with 49 Goals and 46 Assists for 95 Points.
