From 70 catches in his last year in college to 73 in his first as a pro, Kincaid didn't change. He kept getting open, kept bringing the ball in and kept being a go-to for his team. The first-rounder from the University of Utah set a Bills record for catches by a rookie tight end, also the fourth most by an NFL rookie TE.
Received 42 passes in 1950. Gained 687 yards. His longest gain was 58 yards. He scored 7 touchdowns. Made All-American as a sophomore at Wisconsin in 1942. Starred with El Toro Marines. Considered one of the greatest halfbacks in service football. Drafted by Rams in 1945, but played against them with College All-Stars in 1946, and scored both All-Star touchdowns to defeat them.
