Joe was one of the all time great "rock 'em, sock 'em" linemen! A deadly tackler, he could also rip holes in the opposing defense line. It was a foolhardy quarterback who called plays through Joe's side and few linemen could take 60 minutes of his brand of football. He was also great as a Center.
Williams earned his first career NFL start in a Week 13 game in Kansas City in 2021 and looked like a natural in the role. He raced for 102 rushing yards and posted 76 through the air. His 178 total yards rated as the most in a game by a Broncos rookie running back since Clinton Portis in 2002.
