The sixth overall pick in the 2003 WNBA Draft. Jackson led the Lady Volunteers in scoring last season, including the NCAA Championship Game. She chalked up 15 points and nine rebounds in her third Final Four appearance, this one vs. UConn.



Acquired from Denver 1/23/91 as part of three-way deal with Portland...Grabbed season-high 11 rebounds against L.A. Lakers 1/29/91...Michigan's second-leading scorer (18.1 ppg) and rebounder (8.0 rpg) as a senior...Averaged 13.7 ppg and 6.5 rpg during NCAA tournament in 1989 to lead Wolverines to national championship...Nephew of former NBA guard John Long and cousin of Miami forward Grant Long.



Phil was a 2-year starter at California where he averaged 18 points per game in 1970-71. An excellent defensive player with good quickness and offensive moves, he has been described as a player with a style similar to that of Walt Frazier of the Knicks. Phil is a fine ballhandler.
