The most important, and easiest, factor is throwing. It doesn't matter what position you play, you must throw well and accurately. Once you have acquired accuracy, you can practice throwing faster and harder. Get plenty of sleep and take good care of yourself. With strong bodies and alert minds, youngsters will become good "All American" citizens.
