At 6-foot-4, D.J. is the tallest player to staff second base for 100 or more games in a season since George "High Pockets" Kelly in 1925. "The hardest part for me was people questioning if I could actually play the position at 6-foot-4, but I feel like my height is an advantage," said LeMahieu. "The [Colorado Rockies were the first team to ever give me that chance."
