Ted is one of baseball's all time greats. He's led the A.L. in homers and B.A. 4 times, in R.B.I.'s 3 times. In '44 he hit .406 and now has the best B.A. of any active player.



One of the bright young pitching arms on the Houston staff, Larry had a career high of twelve wins last year. He was highly sought after as a teenager because of his tremendous poise and potential. Larry has a live moving fastball, a good curve, and pin-point control.



In 1967, Joe's second season in organized ball, he led his league in base-hits, home runs and runs batted in. He broke into the majors with the A's last season with a pinch-hit home run off Yankee relief ace, Lindy McDaniel. Joe, an all-around athlete, was All-America at quarterback after tossing 20 touchdown passes in college.
