Hextall was acquired from Philadelphia in 1992 in the multiplayer trade for Eric Lindros. In a stellar career with the Flyers, Hextall won the Vezina and Conn Smythe trophies in 1987 and became the first NHL goalie to score a goal. He also scored a playoff goal in 1989.

Mark will get every chance to prove he can be an offensive star in the National Hockey League. Fortier's a young player who should only get better. He put up Gretzky-like numbers in junior hockey, scoring 201 points in only 65 games for Chicoutimi in 1986-87. Remarkably, he went undrafted by the big leagues. Marc possesses a hard, quick shot. He scored 20 goals on only 90 shots in 1988-89.
