Name that player!

One of the Rams' Fearsome Foursome, Merlin came into his own in a hurry. As a rookie, this immense defensive tackle made the Pro Bowl and he hasn't missed one since! Merlin was drafted #1 by L.A. in 1962 after being named to every All-American team for his line play at Utah State.



Les finished seventh in rushing in the N.F.L. in 1967. The big running back was the leading ground-gainer for the Rams last season.



Set a new League record in pass receiving in 1950 with 84. Yards gained: 1,116. Long gain: 53. Touchdowns: 7. Entered UCLA after 3 years in the Army Air Force. All-Pacific Coast in 1946 and 1947. Co-captain of UCLA with Don Paul. Shared most valuable honors with Don during senior year. Joined Rams in 1948. Gathered in 77 passes in 1949 to break the record set up by Don Hutson.
