The former Ohio State All-American has proved he can fill a variety of roles in pro ball. As well as being the Lions' leading kickoff-return man last season, he can flank out as a halfback and catch passes, or take off on a quick opener.

Detroit began its rebuild in 2021, overhauling the roster and starting anew. The organization surrounded a youthful roster with a host of veterans, including Brockers. The 10-year veteran started 16 games during his first season with the Lions and became a calming presence in the locker room.
