Whether it's part of the play or out of pure instincts, Williamson cuts into the lane with regularity. In 2020-21, the All-Star forward scored 4.7 points per game via cuts, the most in the league. Whether he has the ball or not, defenders have to keep a close eye (or if they're smart, two) on him.
There is a lot to like about the addition of Liddell to a young and talented Pelicans squad. A second-round pick in 2023, the rookie forward will offer a dynamic scoring option off the bench to start his career. He averaged an impressive 19.4 points per game during the 2022-23 season at Ohio State.
Splitting his time between Sacramento and New Orleans, Cousins split apart defenses to the tune of a career-high 27.0 points in 2016-17. In his first game against his old club, the center clobbered the Kings for 37 points - including a career-high-tying five 3-pointers - and 13 rebounds on March 31.
