The 1909 T206 Set set is home to the most famous and expensive baseball card of all time – the Honus Wagner T206.
Eloy's home run total entering 2024 is the eighth-highest in White Sox history through a player's first five seasons. The former American League Silver Slugger Award winner posted the loftiest batting average on the team in 2023 and ranked third in RBI. In July, Jimenez whacked .343 with an .891 OPS, posting multiple hits in nine of his 20 games.
Edward V. Cicotte, pitcher of the Chi- cago American League team, was born in Detroit, Mich., June 19, 1884. While playing semi-professional ball in Detroit in 1905, he was tried out by the Detroit Americans and then sent to the Augusta, Ga., team. He began the season of 1906 with Indianapolis, but was traded to Des Moines. He was purchased by the Boston Americans in 1907, and traded to the White Sox in 1912.
