Victor became the third member of the Angels 2022 MLB Draft Class to reach the big leagues when he debuted on June 30, 2023, firing two innings of one-hit relief against the D-backs. The well-built Oklahoma State product had made just 18 appearances on the farms ahead of his call, dominating with an upper-90s fastball and wipeout slider.

Considered one of the finest fielding 3rd basemen, Aurelio played baseball in high school. Was 4th in his loop in Homers, 1965, while in 1966 he led in Triples and in DP's, Assists & Putouts by 3rd sackers.

The biggest thrill of Ed's career was his first major league hit which broke up a 15-inning ballgame vs. the White Sox. At Glendora High School, Ed starred in baseball, football and basketball.

Earl Averill
Earl played with the Indians, the White Sox and the Cubs before joining L.A. in 1961. In 1958, the catcher was the MVP in the P.C.L. as he batted .347 with San Diego. His father is a former big league great.
