Name that player!

The Angels gave up two pitchers to acquire Sammy before the '68 season began. Primarily a starter, the righthander won two and saved two in relief last year.

The veteran third sacker began his pro career in 1948 when he hit .304 at Milford, Frank is the oldest player on the Boston Club. Malzone was signed as a free agent by the Angels in Dec. 1965.

Shohei whips the bat through the zone to produce prodigious exit velocities and tape- measure blasts. He also regularly clocks in the high-90s from the pitcher's mound. Ohtani often accomplishes these feats in the same game, making him a truly unique talent. The towering Japanese star oozes power, but he also zips quickly around the bases like a gazelle.
