Ranked second among Steelers' wide outs with 36 catches and tied for team lead receiving TDs (4). Set career-high with 95 yards receiving vs. Cardinals (Oct. 30). Had dream to play with Steelers since he was a child idolizing Lynn Swann.



"They call him Flipper, Flipper, faster than lightning," went the theme for a dolphin-centric 1960s TV show. The Rams' Flipper was just as quick, swam with the NFL's big sharks and played with a pass-catching porpoise, er, purpose. The splashy wideout flipped the speed switch and twice led the league in yards per catch.



Larry is another member of the Patriots that came from Boston College. At the close of his second year in the American Football League, he was named to the AFL All-League team and he went on to play a key role in the All-Star game. Originally a defensive right end, he has switched to the left side now. At college, Larry starred as a two-way end and later he became a tackle.
