Portland president of basketball operations Neil Olshey called Collins "a franchise-level building block" after the Blazers landed the 10th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. The 7-footer from Gonzaga called himself a Rookie of the Year candidate. "I don't see why I can't," he told The Oregonian. "I've always set high goals for myself."
