Considered to have some of the best court vision for years, Blaylock added high-scoring play to his game palette in 1994-95 as he set career-highs in points, scoring, and a new game-high. And with all his new-found scoring skills he still managed to finish among NBA assist leaders, averaging 7.7 assists per game.
After two magnificent seasons in his rookie and sophomore campaigns in the NBA, Sidney is still striving towards improvement. He has the basic abilities to set any goal that he wants and eventually attain it. Sidney was credited with 350 Assists in his rookie season and upped his total to 440 last year. He can do it all -score, pass, block, rebound.
One of three rookies on 1991 Spurs (with Sean Higgins and Dwayne Schintzius)...Scored season-high 10 points against Denver 12/19/90...Led Maryland in scoring (16.6) and rebounding (7.8) junior year...As a senior, was one of only two ACC players to average double figures in points and rebounds.
