The Bulls looked like a model franchise when they broke into the NBA in 1966-67 with 33 wins, the most ever by a first-year expansion team, and earned NBA Playoff berths in eight of their first nine NBA seasons. The team then fell from favor, however, missing the postseason in seven of nine seasons, but after back-to-back NBA titles in 1991 and 1992, Chicago is once again the envy of the NBA. DID YOU KNOW? "Mr. Everything" in the NBA last season, Lew was the major factor which made the Bucks the World's Champs. As a rookie, his performance lifted the Bucks from the cellar to 2nd place in the Eastern Division. He was a unanimous choice as Rookie of the Year, was named to the Eastern Division All-Star team and was a second team choice All-Pro and All-Defensive. He made the NBA All-Rookie team.
Lloyd was the NBA's second-leading scorer in 1978-79, he set a career-high with a 49-Point performance during the campaign. Acquired by the Clippers from the 76ers in a trade, 10-12-78, he had previously played for Clippers' Head Coach Gene Shue in Philadelphia. Lloyd had 340 Assists and 111 Steals last season.
