LeBron's second NBA season, at age 20, was a blockbuster that thrust him into the record books for youngest-everything: youngest to reach 500 points and 500 rebounds, to amass 2,000 points, to collect 500 assists, to record a triple-double, to log a 50-point game, and so on. In order, the five players whose aforementioned records he erased were Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Stephon Marbury, Lamar Odom and Rick Barry.
Signed as a free agent from the CBA 3/27/89 and backed up Muggsy Bogues for the remainder of the season... An assists-minded point guard with the ability to penetrate and create, he also can hit the outside shot... Played on three CBA Championship teams in Tampa Bay and Albany for Coach Bill Musselman...
