Dutch is known as one of great passers in basketball. His first pro basketball was played with Rochester in National League, where he helped lead team to NL title. The Boston Celtics of the BAA purchased him from Rochester in 1948 and he has been the Celtics' unofficial team captain for two years. Dutch, considered the greatest backcourt man in the game today, is a deadly setshot from outside the keyhole. His defensive work is tops.



Named the recipient of the WNBA Kim Perrott Sportsmanship Award in 2003. Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2002 but, after undergoing treatment, returned to play in the final game of the 2002 season. Originally selected by the Phoenix Mercury with the 10th overall pick of the 1999 WNBA Draft. Was a member of the 1998 World Champion U.S. Women's Basketball Team. Named to the All-Southwestern Conference First Team as a junior and senior (1990 and '91) and helped Texas to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances.



Used sparingly as a rookie with the Chaparrals, Glen broke into the line up in a game at Minnesota that year and responded with a 34-point output and he's been a starter ever since. Glen averaged 22 points during the second half of the 1968-69 season and came back the following cam paign to set Chaparral club records in scoring and playmaking. He had 342 assists that year.
