Originally based in New York as the Buffalo Braves, the franchise traveled from coast to coast to settle in San Diego as the Clippers for the 1978-79 season. Six seasons later, the club took its show on the road to Los Angeles, where in 1992, the Clippers made their first trip to the NBA Playoffs since 1975-76. DID YOU KNOW? In 1992-93, the Clippers posted back-to-back winning months to open a season (7-6 in November, 8-6 in December) for the first time since 1974-75. When Larry Brown took over the Clippers midway through 1991-92, he became the first person to coach two different NBA teams in one season. SCORECARD.
