Through dogged determination, Rob has overcome major elbow surgery and, in 2001, a shoulder injury. When healthy in '01, he flashed his considerable potential, posting a 1.52 ERA in 30 rookie-league innings. Henkel throws a 90-mph fastball and a fine change-up, but hitters are most concerned with his sharp-breaking knuckle-curveball.

Steve O'Neil, one of the great catchers of all time, during his playing days with Cleveland before the world war. Steve O'Neil replaced Walter Johnson as manager of the indians in 1935. A great hitter in the days before the jack rabbit ball. Steve was also one of the shrewdest backstops, who helped make Stanley Coveleskie, Duster Mails and other famous pitching names of their day. He was, in Tris Speaker's time as manager, a member of Cleveland's only pennant winning club. Popular in Cleveland, he is counted on to lead his club into the thick of the 1936 pennant hunt against the Tigers, Red Sox and Yankees.

In 2021, Adalberto joined only four other post-1900 players (including Negro League stars Eddie Dwight and Cool Papa Bell) with 15+ SBs in 35 or fewer games.
