For speed and glovework, there are few Big Leaguers who can match little Luis. The nifty Dominican was a part-time player for 3 seasons in Florida before swatting .302 in 1999. In 2000 (with a career-high 62) and again in 2002 (48), he won the National League steals crown. The 3-time All-Star won Rawlings Gold Glove Awards in 2003 and 2004.
