At the 2022 Trade Deadline, Ken went from being the Yankees number 10 prospect to Oakland's number five. Within a month, he was in The Show, where he went 2-0 with a 2.65 ERA in his last three starts.



After appearing in one game for the Reds in 1941, Ray caught 111 games in 1942 and hit .264. The next three years were spent in the service. He rejoined the Reds for the 1946 season and hit .243. The next year he upped his average to .257. Last season in 127 games he hit .242. He was on the NL All-Star team in 1946.



Split the 1950 season between the Braves and the Reds. In 20 games for Boston, and 106 for Cincinnati. Combined batting average was .248. Connie had 109 hits which included 20 doubles.
