Willie believed a ballplayer needed to have a well-rounded game to be great, and perhaps nobody better embodied the five-tool ideal better than he did. The "Say Hey Kid" was named to the MLB All-Star Game in 20 seasons while winning four National League home run crowns and a dozen fielding awards in center. In 1965, he snagged his second NL MVP Award.



Pittsburgh's slugging star set the club record for home runs by a lefthanded batter when he clouted 33 round-trippers in 1966. Last year, Willie topped the Bucs with 24 homers.

Floyd Wicker: Floyd was drafted from the St. Louis Cards in the winter expansion. The left-handed hitting outfielder is from Snow Camp, N. C. In '66, Floyd batted .303 for Arkansas in the Texas League.
