Name that player!

Goody Rosen, even though only in the major leagues for two years, is well along the "road to fame." He started playing ball in 1932, with the Binghamton Club of the New York-Pennsylvania League. For the next four years he played for the Louisville Club, batting under .300 only one year. Goody started, his major-league career with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1937 and last year was the leading outfielder defensively in the National League. When he was sold to the Dodgers he was given a "Rosen Day" in Louisville and at the close of the season he was voted the most popular player in a radio station poll. Rosen's major-league record for two years shows a batting average of .285 for 160 games played.

Is five feet, 10 1⁄2 inches tall and tips the scales at 180 pounds. Bats and throws right-handed.

When Triston reached the 50-start mark of his career in 2022, his .195 opponents batting average was the seventh-lowest in history at that stage. He threw 24 consecutive scoreless innings in July.
