Only one goaltender, Ed Giacomin of the New York Rangers, played more games than Les last season. "Bink" appeared in 54 games for the Penguins. Les was trainer for Cleveland of the AHL when the Baron goalie was injured in 1961. He started playing regularly then, and hasn't stopped.

Mario led the NHL in Goals, Points, PPG SHG, and Hat Tricks (9) in 1988-89.

With the Penguins trailing the Vegas Golden Knights 3-0 after the first period on Jan. 17, 2022, Zucker kicked off Pittsburgh's comeback by striking on the power play 6:55 into the middle stanza before scoring the game-tying tally at even-strength 28 seconds into the final frame.
