Name that player!

Blessed with a powerful shot and a deceptive skating style, Andy could be one of the leading forwards in the game. He captained Guelph, Ont., to the junior title of Canada in '52. Then, after he failed to make good in the N.H.L., he developed fast with Vancouver and Cleveland, helping the latter club win the Payoff Title in the American Hockey League last year and was recalled.

Born Lac St. Jean, Que., Oct. 3, 1940. 6'1", 175. Shoots left. He started each of the last two seasons with Rangers, then wound up in minors. Tall, rangy and fast in deceptive way, he has potential for NHL stardom.

Rangers outbid at least two other NHL clubs for Ed's services after standout season with Providence of AHL, his fifth year with Reds.
