Name that player!

Frank returns to the active ranks in '62. He is the all-time Giant point scorer.

Notice on the reverse side of this card, how "Bo" Molenda of the N. Y. Giants, holds the ball in the pit of his stomach as he plunges into the line. In hitting the line, there is always danger that opposing players will knock the ball from the carrier's grasp, or "steal it," as is perfectly legal if held too lightly. In line plunges the ball should be held with both hands, one above and one below, as illustrated. As Molenda is shown the weight of the body should be tilted forward at an angle to meet the shock of hitting the line, though at all times the legs must keep the body balanced for swift change in direction. Bo Molenda, All American Fullback, from University of Michigan. 28 years old, 6 ft., 213 pounds.

One of the Giants' greatest linemen, Rosey, a "sleeper" pick, was N. Y.'s 27th choice in '53. Big, fast and agile, he made the Pro-Bowl 8 times.

Back to the Front! Giants card back du jour...

Kerry Collins
Kerry has found a home in New York. After signing as a free agent, he waited in the wings through most of the season's first half in 1999. When finally given the full-time starting job, he led the Giants to two victories in his first three starts. Collins was lethal late in games, throwing for more than half his yardage in the fourth quarter.
