Saints Card of the Day

Riley Mattson
Riley was the regular offensive tackle for the 'Skins before being traded to Chicago where a knee injury slowed him down. He will probably earn a starting spot with the Saints because of his size, speed and experience.

Name that player!

The first receiver chosen in the 2002 draft, Donte' impressed the Saints with his mixture of college production and pro potential. Stallworth is not only a fine receiver, but he has shown the ability to be a dangerous runner after the catch. Scouts confirm he is unafraid to venture over the middle, and he clearly has the speed to go deep. Against Memphis and Kentucky in '01, Stallworth became the U. of Tennessee's first receiver to post back-to-back 3-TD games.

Not the type to mail it in at the end of a campaign, Carr put his stamp on his first year in New Orleans with a first-class effort in the team's 2023 regular-season finale vs. Atlanta. He dropped the curtain on the schedule by completing 22-of-28 passes for 264 yards and four touchdowns in a win.

When the Saints go marching down the field in 2016, expect Thomas to be a key reason why. The possession receiver New Orleans needed opposite Brandin Cooks, he fits perfectly in Sean Payton's aerial attack. His 6-foot-3 frame should play a big role for an offense that managed 19 red-zone passing scores in 2015.

Back to the Front! Saints card back du jour...

Tucker Frederickson
Tucker made it back with his first healthy season in three years! He returned from two knee operations to lead the Giants in their running attack. Tuck is also essential to the passer with his fine blocking.
