Name that player!

Bernard is a creative and slippery runner in the open field, displaying the quick footwork and moves of a Jamaal Charles. Outstanding vision allows him to find seemingly invisible creases in the defense, and his top-flight acceleration consistently fools defenders into taking bad angles of pursuit.

Jermaine first starred at Ardmore (Okla.) High in basketball, but when football coach Mike Loyd pointed out that his skill set would be more unique in the NFL, he turned his focus to the gridiron. Loyd proved correct, and Gresham has delighted the Bengals. "He's putting the team on his shoulders," said head coach Marvin Lewis, in 2012. "He's doing that in the running game, and he's doing it as a receiver."

A starter at cornerback for the Bengals since rookie season of 1969, Ken has quick reactions, is a fine jumper and a good tackler. Ken has cat-like moves.

Back to the Front! Bengals card back du jour...

Laveranues Coles
Games can be won by players whose drive simply wills them to higher levels - players such as Laveranues. He has the hands, precision and fearlessness quarterbacks love in a receiver, but it's his competitiveness that sets him apart. Coles grabbed at least 70 balls in six of the last seven years for the Jets and Redskins before joining Cincinnati.
