Name that player!

"The biggest change from college to the pros probably will be taking the game as more of a job - spending more hours watching film, without studying for classes, and more time studying football and studying my opponents. Being drafted in the first round is a dream come true, and being drafted by the Bills is an even bigger honor: The great athletes that the Bills have and the great support that the fans give them is going to be a great opportunity for me."

The veteran signal caller was obtained from the Oakland Raiders. Tom has a rifle arm and one of the lowest pass interception records. Last season, he was third in the league in pass completions.

Art signed with the Bills in preference to NFL Eagles, who made him No. 1 draft pick. Speedy and powerful, he has run 100 yds. in 10.1 seconds.
