Thunder Card of the Day

Kevin Durant
The NBA's top rookie in 2007-08. Durant will now showcase his skills for the Oklahoma City partisan. The agile shooting guard has a great advantage when shooting over smaller defenders, and his post-up game should improve with experience. In a 151-147 win over the Nuggets on 4/6/08, Durant scored 37 points and was a perfect 13 of 13 from the foul line.

Name that player!

Building on his ROY runner-up season, Williams bumped his scoring to 19.1 and his assists to 4.5 en route to a fourth-place finish for Most Improved Player in 2023-24. His hot play helped the Thunder become one of the most improved teams, going from 40 wins the campaign before to 57 and first place in the West.

As an off-ball defender, Jones sticks to his man through screens, shuts down cuts to the rim and closes out passing lanes with his sweet speed and 6-foot-11 wingspan. That valuable team defense will help the first-round forward earn minutes on a stacked Thunder roster.

Sabonis racked up 10 points and helped the World team defeat the USA team, 150-141, in the 2017 Rising Stars Challenge during the All-Star Weekend in New Orleans, The 20-year-old rookie started all 57 games before the All-Star break, registering two double-doubles and scoring in double figures 10 times.
