Raptors Card of the Day

Kawhi Leonard
Given his long list of accolades, Leonard can make fans forget how young he is. With four All-Defensive team nods under his belt, the forward has also been named Defensive Player of the Year twice, made two All-NBA teams and was Finals MVP before he turned 27. Expectations are high for the wing as he tries to lift Toronto to new heights.

Name that player!

After being selected fifth overall in 2011, Valanciunas spent what would have been his first year sharpening his skills in Lithuania. Ready to take the NBA by storm in 2012-13, Valanciunas proved to be a force down low early on, scoring 12 points and collecting 10 rebounds on Oct. 31 against Indiana.

An underdog story and hard worker, Siakam is the kind of player a fan base loves to support. The Cameroon native - who didn't start playing hoops until age 16 - made big strides in 2017-18. After netting only 17 assists as a rookie, he surpassed that total in just 14 games as a sophomore, dishing five in a win vs. New York on Nov. 17.

After falling behind 3-0 in the first round of the 2022 playoffs, the Raptors came back and forced the series to six games. Siakam performed splendidly with his back to the wall. Over the final three contests of the set, the All-Star averaged 27.0 points, 8.3 rebounds and 6.3 assists vs. Philadelphia.
