Danny Manning
Manning managed double figures in scoring in 54 straight games in the 1990/91 campaign and topped the Clippers in steals. Manning suffered a severe knee injury in his rookie season, but has been coming back strong since. Manning led Kansas to the NCAA title in 1988.

Often compared to Michael Jordan because of his acrobatic slams, Ron hasn't lost a step despite major knee surgery in 1990. In his first full season back (1991-92), Ron didn't miss a single game.



Originally based in New York as the Buffalo Braves, the franchise traveled from coast to coast to settle in San Diego as the Clippers for the 1978-79 season. Six seasons later, the club took its show on the road to Los Angeles, where in 1992, the Clippers made their first trip to the NBA Playoffs since 1975-76. DID YOU KNOW? In 1992-93, the Clippers posted back-to-back winning months to open a season (7-6 in November, 8-6 in December) for the first time since 1974-75. When Larry Brown took over the Clippers midway through 1991-92, he became the first person to coach two different NBA teams in one season. SCORECARD. In the highest-scoring NBA Playoff game in franchise history (April 18, 1976), the Braves topped Philadelphia 124-123 in overtime for their only triumph in an NBA Playoff series.

One of the NBA's most outstanding rookies of 1980-81, Michael scored game high of 35 Points for the Clippers last season. His statistics included 208 Assists, 99 Steals and 31 Blocked Shots. Michael scored 51 Points for LaSalle in game vs. Brigham Young, 12-15-79.
