Name that player!

Voted most valuable player to perform in New York's famed Madison Square Garden during his last two collegiate years...named to All-Metropolitan NY All-Star team as well as All-American. One of aces which helped spark Royals to two consecutive National League tities in 1945-46 and 1946-47. Member of team making its debut in the BAA. One of best defensive players developed.

Don made headlines in 1951 and '52 as Captain of the Dayton Univ. team. He led the quintet into the N.I.T. Finals both years and was voted Tourney All Star twice. Holder of most of Dayton's basketball. records, Don, played on the Pistons three years before coming to the Royals.

The "Big O" was the overwhelming selection as the NBA's Rookie of the Year for 1960-61. He was even more brilliant in his first year with the Royals than he had been as a three-time college Player of the Year and All-American with the University of Cincinnati. Quickly establishing himself as one of the gate attractions of the NBA, Oscar became the first rookie guard to score more than 2,000 points. He finished fourth in scoring with 2,165 points and was the leader in assists with 690.

Maurice Stokes
"Big Mo" does everything like a champ. He is the top man in the rebound department, having set the N.F.L. record last season, with 1256 grabs. He's the organizer of the Royals' fast break, is a great passer and can pop the ball in with his fine jump shot from the rim of the circle.
