The forward averaged 16.2 points and 6.9 rebounds during her final season with the Ducks.

For the first time since she was in high school, Samuelson will be teammates with her sister, Karlie. The reunion happened when Dallas acquired Katie Lou in a trade with Chicago in February 2020. "It took me a while to even process where I was going and the fact that Karlie would be there because it was shocking." she said.
