Hebard was born in Chicago, but grow up in Alaska then played her college ball at Oregon. In the 2020 WNBA Draft, the forward was tabbed by the Sky. "I was kind of thinking like, "Oh, [lf] Chicago picked me, it would be so cool to not only play for a great team, but just to be able to see and learn a little more about Chicago, she said.
Copper finished her college career as one of four players in Rutgers history to log at least 1,800 points. Her elite bucket-getting skills translated to the WNBA, where she enjoyed a breakout year in her fifth season in 2020. The silky-smooth guard registered a career-high 14.8 points and started every game.
A cheat code from deep, Samuelson became the second college basketball player ever to drain 10-of-10 3-point shots during a contest in March 2017. With an emphasis on spacing the floor and putting up video game-like numbers, Chicago snagged the guard in the first round of the 2019 WNBA draft.
