The Rangers didn't get a "full Nelson" in 2010, as their mighty right fielder endured three stints on the DL. Nonetheless, he was a fearsome force when healthy -the fifth player in history with at least 30 doubles, 20 homers and 75 RBI while playing no more than 108 games in a season.

Bill's finest effort of 1972 was a sparkling one-hit shutout vs. Angels at Anaheim Stadium, September 12th. Bill retired the first 20 batters in the game and lost his bid for a no-hitter when Billy Parker hit a Double with 2-out in the 8th inning.

One of the finest baserunners in the AL, Dave's 51 Stolen Bases in 1972 ranked him 2nd in loop behind Bert Campaneris' 52 for the A's. He's possessed with speed, quickness and instinct for running the bases.
