Name that player!

A former Sporting News Minor League Player of the Year and two-time minor league leader in RBI, Floyd has the power to deliver the goods as a first baseman and the speed to roam the outfield. Touted by the 1996 Baseball Almanac as a "Willie McCovey-type player with speed," the Expos expect a lot out of the multi-threat star-inthe-making. A wrist injury curtailed Floyd for much of '95 so he should be itching to get back to form this season.

Terry possesses all the savvy to become a top-flight major league catcher. He had a fine year at Winnipeg in 1971, batting .280 and fielding .990 as a receiver. His handling of pitchers continued to improve and his arm gained the respect of baserunners so much that he spent the entire 1972 campaign in the majors, only his 4th season in pro ball. Terry was Winnipeg MVP, 1971.

Finished 2nd in '81 Rookie of Year balloting to Fernando Valenzuela. Has led NL in stolen bases in each of his 1st two seasons with them... Hit .354 at Denver with 105 runs and 77 stolen bases in '80 to be named Minor League Player of the Year... Led Expos in triples In '82.

Tom Walker
Tom established an all-time pro baseball record with the longest no-hitter ever, a 15-inning masterpiece for Dallas-Fort Worth vs. Albuquerque. Tom faced only two batters over the minimum 45, 2 of the 4 batters he walked were erased, one on a steal and the other on a double play. Tom retired the first 18 batters he faced and the last 22. Game was played 8-4-71.
