Stormin' Gorman Thomas is one of baseball's most exciting performers. He is a premier home run slugger and a gifted defensive outfielder with excellent speed and a fine arm. Originally signed by the Brewers in 1969 when they were the Seattle Pilots, he spent six seasons in the minors and was even briefly traded away to Texas before making the majors. It was a spectacular season at Spokane in 1977 in which he hit .322 with 36 homers and 114 RBI that earned him a shot with the Brewers.

There are many words that can describe Chourio's debut season in the bigs (2024), when he became the first 20-year-old rookie to produce a 20-homer, 20-steal campaign. Exceptional. Remarkable.
