Discovery Plaza is the 1000 square foot forecourt leading to the Card Cyber Museum - a daily exhibition of 60 sports cards waiting to be discovered beneath your feet! Inspired by the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, where celebrities leave their handprints in concrete, our Plaza features digital frames embedded in the ground - beneath bulletproof glass. Each day brings a new rotation of cards showcasing the incredible sets found within the museum. John McInnes, infielder of the Philadelphia American League team, was born at Malden, Mass., in 1890. He began playing baseball with the Haverhill, Mass., team in 1908, but was secured by the Philadelphia Club in 1909. He has been a regular member of the team ever since. He is right-handed.

Bob began his career in 1954. The infielder hit a solid .357 for Idaho Falls. in '56 as he worked his way up to the big leagues. Bob once collected 6-straight pinch-hits to set an AL record. Bob led the Pioneer League with 19 triples in 1956.

Al was the Bronco's sixth draft choice in 1963. His tremendous speed and agility makes him a threat to score everytime he has the ball. With glue on his fingertips, he is a favorite target for Denver signal callers. Playing for Florida A & M, Al was All-Conference from 1961 to 1963. Al runs the 100 yard dash in 9.6 seconds.

When Monte slid into third base during an exhibition game against the Cleveland Indians last spring and severely fractured his ankle, the Giants' pennant chances took a sharp dip. It was feared for a while that his career might be ended. He surprised everyone by getting back in action at the end of the season. In 1951 Monte batted .312 and led the National League in runs batted in with 121.

Toby is a top notch defensive cather. In '54, he hit .289 for the Pirates. Toby came to Pittsburgh in a 10 man trade with Chicago in 1958.

Since Luis came to the White Sox in 1950 he has lost only 3 games for them over the span of his mound work. He has won a total of 18. Last season he appeared in 24 games, winning 2 and losing 0. Fresh from a 'red hot' year at Columbus in '53 where he led the League in E.R.A., "Corky" shows a strong fastball, wide breaking curve and plenty of baseball savvy. Plagued by wildness he learned control to become a Big Leaguer.
