After breaking in with Bruins at 19 from junior hockey in West, this robust forward was farmed out to Kingston, Ont., last year. Dick tips beam at better than 200 pounds and uses weight to good advantage, bulling his way down right wing. He's an excellent prospect with good chance of making grade.
Bronco earned a NHL chance for his scoring record in the Western League at Edmonton. Wings traded him to the Rangers where he proved to be slick as a playmaker.
When Real fractured his leg in November, 1953 and was out for the season, it was feared he would never play hockey again. But, he's back this season, taking up where he left off. His 1st full season with Boston (1952-53) was a fine one, as he scored 19 Goals and 14 Assists. At Hershey in 1951-52, he had 20 Goals in 34 games and was brought up to Boston to play in 33 games.
