The Conquistadors' leading scorer in 1972-73, Stew got his first taste of playoff action in his six-year ABA career last season. Called by many the best shooting forward in pro basketball, his output helped San Diego off to a great start at the beginning of the campaign.

After leaving college Stew planned to become a therapist.

Some of Red's opponents in the league call him "Sneaky Pete." He has had to be sneaky to have amassed more than 5000 Rebounds in his ABA career with his slight frame as it takes great strength to muscle his way inside the loop's front line giants. Red is a 6-year veteran.

Gene is a natural forward, a big man who can shoot from the outside as well as throw around muscle inside. His inspired play at center helped Chaparrals to 1970-71 playoffs, averaging 19 points in March. Drafted from Nets, 8-10-72.

Caldwell's idol is Wilt Chamberlain. "Man, he's my hero." says Caldwell. "He was when I was a kid now, playing with him... it's too much." Wilt has taken Caldwell under his wing and labors daily to bring out the natural talents of the near-7-foot Caldwell. One of the ABA'S most outstanding rookie...

Though only 6'2", Ollie is one of the highest jumpers in basketball, his dunk shots electrify ABA fans. At Houston he led the team in rebounds as a senior with an average of 11.2 per game. He was also club's top scorer with 24.7 points per game. Drafted from Nets, 8-10-72.

Ollie has outstanding leaping ability.
