Win, win, win. That's the only thing on Dinwiddie's mind every time he's on the court. "It's a blessing to play competitive basketball," the guard said. "I have no interest in playing losing basketball." The Mavs were more than happy to bring such a determined talent back into the fold in 2024-25.

Back to the Front! Mavericks card back du jour...
Sam Perkins
Sam is fundamentally sound but unassuming player who plays taller than he is thanks to his 77-inch wingspan. Sam Co-captained the 1984 gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic team. He led the Mavericks in offensive rebounds in the 1989-90 season, during which he posted the highest per-game scoring average of his career. With a degree in radio/TV, Sam feels he would be a disc jockey if he weren't playing in the NBA.
