Grant Long

A member of the Miami Heat's inaugural team, Long joined the Hawks three games into the 1994-95 season. He left Miami as the franchise's all-time leader in games played, appearing in 470 contests, and steals, with 664 picks to his credit.

The "Big Bell" came through like gang-busters for Hawks in '69-70 after being acquired from Pistons. In 23 games with Atlanta, Walt averaged 15.5 points per game, grabbed 310 rebounds as Hawks won West.

Sihugo Green

The lithe, high-jumping Duquesne All-American came into his own last season, adding a scoring attack to his fine floor game. A brilliant shooter in college, Green found the range again, pouring in 700 points, nearly twice as many as in any of his previous three seasons in the NBA. His best shot is a jumping one-hander from around the key. He is also adept at the drive-in layup.
